CP/M was a marketing system that was created for intel 8080/85. It was created by Gary Kildal in 1974. The predecessor to it was the CP/M-80 made by Tim Paterson. It had a bigger marketing size that helped reduce the amount of programming required to instal an application on the new workers computer.
